Tortilla French Toast Roll-ups.
INGREDIENTS.
Casa Mendosa® 10” Whole Wheat Tortillas 2 eggs½ cup of milk1 tbsp. of cinnamon1 tsp. of nutmeg½ tsp. of vanilla1 cup of Nutella® hazelnut spread½ lb. of sliced strawberries.
INSTRUCTIONS.
Combine eggs, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla in a square baking pan. Whisk together ingredients until well combinedDip a flour tortilla into the eggs mixture, coating each side with the batterHeat a medium non-stick large frying pan with cooking spray or 1 tsp. of butterPlace wet tortilla in the frying pan, until lightly browned on each side. Remove from heatPlace the cooked tortillas on a plate and allow it to cool slightlySpread Nutella® hazelnut spread over the entire cooked French toast tortilla, and place strawberries on one half of the tortilla.Begin rolling the tortillas starting on the side with strawberries. The Nutella® hazelnut spread will help keep your rolled French toast tortillas together so you can pick them up and eat them.
