Mexican Tortillas Spirals.
INGREDIENTS.
2 Casa Mendosa® Spinach Tortillas or 2 Casa Mendosa® Salsa Tortillas1 cup of softened cream cheese1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese1 tsp. of chili powder1 cup of rinsed black beans1 cup of finely chopped bell peppers1/4 cup of finely cilantro.
INSTRUCTIONS.
Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese and chili powder in a bowl.Spread cream cheese on each of the tortillas.Add 1/4 cup of black beans and 1/4 cup of bell peppers on one side of each tortilla.Tightly roll up the tortillas (tip: you can add some cream cheese on the end of each tortilla to hold the rolls together).Cut up the tortillas rolls crosswise into pinwheels, serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 8 hours before serving.
