Tortilla French Toast Roll-ups

Ingredients
- Casa Mendosa® 10” Whole Wheat Tortillas
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup of milk
- 1 tbsp. of cinnamon
- 1 tsp. of nutmeg
- ½ tsp. of vanilla
- 1 cup of Nutella or Peanut butter
- ½ lb. of sliced strawberries

- Combine eggs, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla in a square baking pan. Whisk together ingredients until well combined
- Dip a flour tortilla into the eggs mixture, coating each side with the batter
- Heat a medium non-stick large frying pan with cooking spray or 1 tsp. of butter
- Place wet tortilla in the frying pan, until lightly browned on each side. Remove from heat
- Place the cooked tortillas on a plate and allow it to cool slightly
- Spread Nutella or peanut butter over the entire cooked French toast tortilla, and place strawberries on one half of the tortilla.
- Begin rolling the tortillas starting on the side with strawberries. The Nutella will help keep your rolled French toast tortillas together so you can pick them up and eat them.
