Spicy Guacamole and Baked Tortilla Chips
Serves 4 / 30 mins
Ingredients
Guacamole
- 2 Fresh Avocados – peeled and pitted
- ¼ cup cooking onion – chopped or diced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro – chopped
- 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice (fresh squeezed)
- 1 tbsp. Lime juice (fresh squeezed)
- 2 cloves garlic – pressed
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper – seeded and minced
- Salt And Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 cup Tomatoes –chopped (approx. 1 large tomato)
For Spicy Version
- 2 Serrano Peppers – seeded and minced
- ½ tsp. Red chili flakes
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper

- In a medium bowl mash avocados, but don’t over-mash as you don’t want a complete purée
- Add diced onion, cilantro, and garlic and mix
- Slowly mix in the lemon and lime juice
- Add in peppers and tomatoes as desired until well mixed
- Season with salt and pepper.
