Quesadilla Burger

Ingredients
- 4 Casa Mendosa® Original Medium Tortillas
- 1 lb. of lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
- 4 tbsp. of mayonnaise
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of sweet onion, chopped.
- salt & pepper to taste
- optional: coriander or parsley to garnish

Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes
- Place the ground beef in a bowl and season with salt & pepper.
- Separate the meat into 4 balls.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface, adding the meatball to the center of the tortilla.
- Gently, press the meatball down until is a flat burger that lines the edges of the tortilla.
- Place a large frying pan on the stove over high heat.
- Once, the frying pan is hot lower to medium heat before placing the tortilla in the frying pan meat side down.
- Leave in the pan for about 5 minutes or until the meat is cooked through.
- Remove the tortilla from the pan and place on a plate.
- Add mayonnaise, tomato, onion and cheese.
- Fold the tortilla in half and place back in the heated pan to get brown and crispy. Repeat this for the rest of your tortillas.
- Garnish, serve, and enjoy!
