Mexican Tortillas Spirals

Ingredients
- 2 Casa Mendosa® Spinach Tortillas or 2 Casa Mendosa® Salsa Tortillas
- 1 cup of softened cream cheese
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. of chili powder
- 1 cup of rinsed black beans
- 1 cup of finely chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup of finely cilantro

Total Time: 8 hours
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese and chili powder in a bowl.
- Spread cream cheese on each of the tortillas.
- Add 1/4 cup of black beans and 1/4 cup of bell peppers on one side of each tortilla.
- Tightly roll up the tortillas (tip: you can add some cream cheese on the end of each tortilla to hold the rolls together).
- Cut up the tortillas rolls crosswise into pinwheels, serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 8 hours before serving.
